Bonita Bodani is a terrible physician. DO NOT SEE HER for your newborn baby. DO NOT TRUST HER with the health of your child, or the comfort of your partner during postpartum recovery. Bodani treated my spouse horrendously; she was late to an appointment without consideration, explanation, or apology beyond platitudes about other peoples’ children in Emerg, and she harassed and threatened my spouse with incessant phone calls, condescension, and derogatory remarks about mine and my spouse’s “responsibilities as parents” when we refused to take our newborn to see her for a THIRD follow-up appointment re: light jaundice (having already been discharged from the Hospital, and assured the previous two times that his levels were low enough not to require treatment or light therapy) and opted instead to have our newborn see his Family Physician. This “Doctor” swore an Oath to do no harm, but her incredulous disregard for the care and comfort of my postpartum recovering wife was insanity. She offered no apologies for her crudeness, aggression and hostility. A follow-up call to our OB/GYN clarified that Bodani has had formal complaints made against her by other Hospital staff for her poor treatment of nurses. Unprofessional. Inconsiderate. Hostile. DO NOT TRUST HER with your child or your family’s safety and comfort.

Dr. Bodani is wonderful! My partner and I took our newborn to emergency at lakeridge and received the best of care. I truly believe that had it not been for Dr. Bodani and her thorough assessment of my daughter’s medical history and present symptoms, the cause of her illness would have remained undetermined. Dr. Bodani even went so far as to contact hematology at sick kids for clarification and additional information. This is a Dr who cares and is excellent at her job. Dr, if you see this, you are phenomenal and I appreciate your dedication. Thank you, from the crazy lady who asked you to Google 🙂

Dr Bodani you made my life so great the transition for my sons medical condition wouldn’t have made everything you did so good.You acted as a friend an afamily member an we really missed you.You were always just a email away no matter what if I needed advice you were there And thank you so much I wish you were still here in our area❤
