I waited 8 months to see this doctor. She laughed when I talked about my symptoms. She made it clear she was completely uninterested in helping me. My apt was less than 5 minutes in before she offered me a drug I am allergic to in order treat an illness she says she isn’t sure I have. I told her I want to know the cause of my symptoms and she laughed and said she doesn’t know and she wasn’t going to be the one to find out. I told her how rude and offensive she was being and I left in tears. She just sat there staring at her computer. She is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life . I would have gotten a more caring consult from Ted Bundy.

I had a not so great experience with her as well. She was very short and also seemed like she wanted nothing to do with me.
Recently diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and really know nothing about the disease or treatments etc. Without seeing me she automatically gave me drugs to try and go from there. I was finally able to see her just last month( may) and when she saw me se looked at my hands and said ” yes you definitely have psoriatic arthritis ” my comment to her was how do you know . She responded extremely rude with ” well I went to medical school” it was all I could do to not walk out. I stayed and dumbed it down for her as she told me she didn’t understand what I was saying. Outnof that 22 minute appointment I left with more drugs and more blood work and a super bad taste in my mouth for her. Needless to say I’m switching to someone else.

Doesn’t care about you, doesn’t listen and condescending . If you are able to find a work life balance that works for you and are doing well, she won’t listen and will write you a note that appease her and not what works for you. Since seeing her the last year, my RA damage is a lot worse and more pain
She rather push drugs that you don’t want, won’t listen that you aren’t interested in what Donald Trump took. A waste of time, 5 minutes, you leave pissed off every time and just hate being in the same room as her
She thinks her shit doesn’t stink, but it’ does. Time to find a RA that’s really want to help you and not cashing the big pay check to be a bitch.
She doesn’t have RA , I do and just because you went to school, you know shit about nothing
    Just ignorance

Terrible bedside manners, lacks compassion. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by seeing me a second time after I begged for an appointment while being in pain. She misdiagnosed me and gaslights her patiences. Didn’t listen her exact words are ” what do you want me to do for you ? “

I saw Dr Ali for a problem with my feet, she immediately looked at my hands as well and diagnosed RA, gave me meds to assist with the pain. I found her to be very kind and concerned and listens to what i have to say about my everyday life, i really like her and i continue to see her. You have to get to know her a bit before you make those first impression statements.

Have been seeing her since October 2021. I find she is caring and does not rush you through appointments and listens to what my concerns are. I am thankful to have her to help deal with my medical condition.

Dr. Tooba Ali is amazing. She was kind and empathetic. She listened to me and truly made me feel like I was heard. She was lovely inside and out. I walked away feeling so much hope and knowing that I was in the right hands. Thank you so much Dr Ali, you are wonderful

Dr. Ali has helped me through a very difficult time with RA. Thanks to her, my RA is under control, I feel better, I’m able to resume my activities, and I’ve lowered my initial medication. It takes time to be diagnosed, for the drugs to work, and to feel well.
She listens, discusses, gives time for questions, and is friendly.
    She’s a wonderful doctor.

First met Dr. Ali in Nov. 2023. Very quickly treated me like a number. Not an individual. In less than 5 minutes she wrote my issues off as rheumatoid arthritis. Barely a discussion. Wanted to immediately prescribe the apparent “go to” medication of methyltrexate – also without discussion. She was offended when I wanted more info and had questions. Whole appt was 10 min.
At my 3 month follow up appt. she asked me why I was there. She once again was quickly offended when I wanted to discuss options for treatment of my symptoms and condition. Said I should just go to a different doctor if I didn’t want to do what she said. Like we aren’t allowed to advocate for our own health and address concerns. Every patient is different. We do not all fit in the same box. Therefore the same treatment may not be right for everyone. I question her motives in pushing specific meds. so hard. She had zero empathy, got angry at me and had only 12 minutes to cover this diagnosis and my concerns. I spent more time with her nurse!
Doctors like this need to remember that they too, will need doctors at some point. I hope she experiences someone as cold as herself one day. It’s not a good feeling. She did not leave a positive impression at all.
Dr. Tooba Ali… you need to do better. I believe you can. Just brush whatever that chip is, off your shoulder and be nicer. Be a strong, compassionate doctor and human.
