• 22 November 2023Dr. Ferron is very transactional with zero empathy. He ripped the sutures off my husband’s injured finger with too much force and too quickly and didn’t give him any breathing space at all. He then picked at the scab that was forming with so much force that my husband, a grown man, was almost crying from the pain, and he wouldn’t pause for a second to give my husband a break. He was not interested in taking his time. He wanted to finish the appointment asap and barely spent a total of 10 minutes with us. His nurse, Annie, was wayyy more empathic than him and helped us much more and was more patient. It’s clear that patients are clients to him and they equate to numbers, so he wants to see as many as he can in the time he has. The number one thing that you need to have as a doctor is being empathic to your patients’ pain and Dr. Ferron is DEFINITELY not empathic. Also, it’s clear that he doesn’t support any natural remedies and pushed polysporin over coconut oil for no good reason. Not recommended, although I’m not sure we have any options considering the abysmal state of medicine in “first world country” Canada.
