• 10 March 2021I have suffered for years with heavy painful periods and seen several different gynaecologist but none would give me a hysterectomy. I was referred to Dr Dhillion, had a phone consult (due to Covid 19) we talked and he advised me of my options and said we could discuss it in a month. I told him I would know within 2 weeks, so he scheduled a in office visit for then. He was very supportive in discussing my options, he did a Pap smear which usually leaves me in tears. I did not feel a thing he was so gentle and not rushed at all. Less than 3 months later I had a surgery date and had surgery! Pre op he came to talk to me to see if I had any questions and explained what he planned on doing. After surgery he came to see me in my room to check on me and my pain level and comfort, he has superb bedside matter all the way along, he was very mindful of keeping my privacy when examining me. I understand no surgery is nice but I must say my laparoscopic incisions are beautiful they are so straight and tiny, within a week they were healing lovely. I believe he did internal stitches and glue on the outside so there will be no excessive scarring, I can see how I will have very minimal scarring. If you are looking for a gynaecologist/OB/GYN Dr.Dhillon it’s definitely on my recommendation list.
