Dr Eksteen was my sister’s psychiatrist after her original doctor retired. Dr Eksteen prescribed my sister ketamine for her treatment resistant depression and she was doing so well- this has been the only treatment that has worked for her. Without warning, Dr. Eksteen stopped the prescription. His only explanation was that he could have 8 patients on the treatment and my sister was the 9th. She pleaded, my mom pleaded.. they both wrote to the college of physicians and nobody responded. My sister was desperate after 9 months without ketamine and so she ordered it on Craigslist. Sadly, she took what she thought was ketamine but it was fentanyl and she passed away on March 17, leaving behind her beloved 12 year old daughter. Dr Eksteen’s negligence cost my sister her life. She fought hard to advocate for herself but he didn’t listen or seem to care.

shorty after putting my self into the mental hospital due to exhaustion and having this doctor I started suffering from v2k, thought manipulation and other effects. I would not recommend

this doctor does not care much about this patients, he ruined my mental health.. my body is constantly slouched due to the negative effects of the drugs he prescribed me, after my first visit with him over 5 years ago I started having v2k ( voice to skull) and other mind manipulations done to me. stay away from this doctor at all costs..

After seeing Dr Eksteen, I had high altitude drones following me that are capable of inducing thoughts, voices and images into my brain. I had never had these problems before, this is clearly artifically created and not my own thoughts/voices and images. These drones often put me in horrible pain, and cause me sleep deprevation as well.. This is happening to a number of homeless people that I know.
