This is a review not of the doctor but about the admin staff. Found the staff very aggressive and argumentative – when told the person that they were being aggressive was yelled in a very condescending tone – completely unacceptable behaviour by someone who is in the customer service field. I am sure that the doctor is very nice but the admin staff is horrible.

The receptionist/administrator for Dr. Saperia is the absolute worst. Lacks all professionalism and class. She is very aggressive and rude. Ultimately decided against seeing Dr. Saperia due to the sole fact that if his staff feel so emboldened to speak/treat patients with such low regard, I can only imagine how he would treat his patients.

Staff very aggressive and argumentative , is very aggressive and rude. Doctor they rounded ur reputation. Think about it!!!!!

No idea why they would say Sarah is like that ( maybe it them ) She’s truly amazing and has been a blessing she is very professional and waste no time with dumb questions
I especially like the get in get out service. Extremely happy with the level of professionalism, I was seen and had my appointment procedure at the hospital all done within one week and I am feeling so much better thanks to the amazing staff and especially for Sarah’s professionalism big thanks to all of you that work there and helped me get better thank you Sarah for saving me I would probably be dead if it wasn’t for you
