• 18 March 2021Talk about going above and beyond Duty.
Went to Dr. Jean Pierre Du Plessis, my Respirologist today to get a breathing test. It seems it sorta ok and checked my heart and found no issues there. But after the test, I was dizzier and headache sore neck felt real bad, more than usual. Kaitlyn gave me the tests then when I was really ill she got the Doctor to look at me. He checked me over and I asked if those tests were ok the why do I feel like this and hard breathing. He checked my history and noticed I did have thyroid problems before. So ordered a test for my thyroid. I am having blood tests for my Leukemia and prostate next week so add another one. The doctor is a friendly awesome Doc and great bedside manners.
Once I was feeling sorta better I left. 45 mins later I realized I left my Phone in the examing room. So went back to get it. Turns out when Kaitlyn was cleaning up, she found my phone. Started ringing and brought to the front. Since I was very ill she was worried if anything happened to me at night I did not have a way of calling anyone or an ambulance. The office was behind Haney Hotel and Kaitlyn grabbed my phone and drove it to my place past 240th and Lougheed. She tried the landlord’s doors and went around the back to find my apt. She was talking to Cathy at the office as I was walking into the office. So Kaitlyn brought my phone back to me at her office.
Staff like Kaitlyn is a real keeper. Gave her a virtual hug and thanked her.
