• 15 July 2021Marissa, “dermatology nurse”, not certain if an RN, very rude and unprofessional. She contradicted doctor’s advice to me and engages in circular argument. Not a pleasant doctor’s experience. Trying to believe they have my best interest at heart is Very Difficult.

• 25 May 2022Extremely rude director/manager of operation! The phones are never answered and no response from voice mail messages. Spent hours every day for over a week trying to get a prescription refilled. When finally answered, rudely told, ” the computers were not working,” not even a hint of apology. My grandsons prescription had run out three days prior and we are still waiting for the refill.
Cannot believe Dr. Pickett is unaware of her poorly run office causing so much frustration and anxiety for her patients.

• 11 August 2022If you value your health ask to see another dermatologist.
Complete misdiagnosis, paid no attention to the condition.
Ended up finding out through another doctor it was a serious MRSA.
Poor communication. I’ll never go back.
If you have to go here don’t talk to Marissa.

• 12 September 2023Dr. Pickett is really professional and attentive. I have nothing bad to say about her.
The male reception person however very rude and incompetent. As good as the doctor is this reception guy is the total opposite. The phones are rarely answered, and messages left are not passed on correctly.
She deserves better help and I HOPE HE IS REPLACED SOON
