Very insensitive doctor’s office, was in the clinic at 10:11 and thier policy is 10 minutes, they refused to take us in. Kid has to miss the school for the appointment and now may have to miss it again. If 20 minute was ok for the appointment, would 19 minutes have made any difference?

Amazing doctor. Really took the time to speak with me and explain the diagnosis. Was great with my child. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Luke!

Waited 8 weeks for an appt with this doctor for my 7 month old baby who scratches himself so badly that he bleeds regularly. Received a call the day before and was told the appt had to be cancelled and was rebooked another 6 weeks out. 6 weeks later, I drove 2 hrs in a massive snowstorm to the appointment, and as a result was 20 mins late. The snotty receptionist was anything but understanding, did not care about the situation at all and told us that we would have to rebook another appointment as the Doctor was unwilling to see us. I asked her to speak to the doctor and see if he was able to accommodate us at all, even if it meant a long wait. Any attempt to explain the situation seemed to be taken as a challenge to her “authority”.

Will never forget the face of that receptionist and I will be sure to hold the receptionist, doctor and clinic accountable should my child’s condition worsen.

I look forward to the day that healthcare goes private in this country so these doctors and their clinics are held to a higher standard of patient care.
