• 26 April 2023Horrible, negligent surgeon. Was given an urgent referral from high risks cancer doctor in January 2023 that my daughter had a 19mm tumour and was a Li-Fraumeni carrier. He had a duty to see her within 2 weeks or let referring doctor know he couldn’t do so. He did neither. He just let her Ks languish in terror for 4 months know this tumour was growing. She called his office four times and was told he’ll call you, you’re on his list, don’t call again he has a 3 year wait list. She was finally rushed to hospital April 4th with a 67 mm tumour now because of this man’s negligence. The worst part – I told emerg he had her referral letter and they called him. Guess who finally cared enough to call April 4th when she no longer knew her own name. I am reporting this inept, careless, negligent egomaniac ti The College of Physicians and Surgeons and consulting lawyers about his gross negligence in this case.

• 27 April 2023“Dr. Bigder is a negligent neurosurgeon who fails to see urgently referred high risks cancer patients with aggressively growing brain tumour. He had a duty to see my daughter Madison Byers in January when her referral letter was given to him by the head of the high risk cancers program in Vancouver, BC. He was told the urgency – that she was a Li-Fraumeni patient with a rapidly growing suspicious malignant brain tumour. He had a duty to see her within a timely 2 week window of refer her back to the referring doctor. Instead he did nothing, allowing her to suffer in her waiting and allowing the tumour to grow. She called his office 4 times asking when she would hear from him. Each time they asked her name and said she was on his call list. The last time she called the secretary said he had a 3 year wait list. Madi expressed she would be dead by then if he didn’t take this out and the secretary seemed not to care. Fast forward 4 months, she is rushed to hospital not knowing the day, year or where she was. The tumour had grown from 19 mm in December to 67 mm in April. I told Emerg doctor his name and that she was referred to him in January. They called him. Guess what? She received a voice message that day from his office saying to call them and that it was urgent. No shit?! This guy plays God with peoples lives and is fully and completely negligent in his actions here. I left a message that day asking that they call me as my daughter couldn’t even speak. No surprise – no phone call back. This man should not be practicing and should definitely not be teaching. RUN far away from him as there are many better surgeons who act in a professional and timely manner to help their patients.”
