• 9 June 2022She looks nice on the outside but on the inside she is evil and inability to show at this time to have critical thinking. She could have killed an elderly patient. She has poor communication skills. She was interviewed with the head patient care nurse at VGH and myself. She gave my mom Nazanin against my request to a fragile and total feed elderly patient who cannot feed herself or stand up and defend herself. She made three excuses to remove any responsibility that almost left my mom dead who was vomiting and otherwise drugged out when it was explicity mentioned on May 13, 2022 for her NOT to give any antipsychotic to a fragile feeble patient. She never bothered calling the patients family.
She came up with three excuses: She said she was not working on the May 19 or 20th when medication was presribed by her, she did not know who the next of kin was, and did not want to presribe PRN as it would be overused so she prescribed PRN and a scheduled dosage.
Her excuses has issues and she needs to be accountable for any harm or death she causes.
