• 27 August 2022I quickly learned, on meeting Dr. Nyhus, that she was not only knowledgeable, but a therapist with excellent skill. I came to appreciate her confrontation alongside her compassion. I needed both. Dr Nyhus provided insight into both the therapies by which she engaged me, and their developing outcomes. Dr Nyhus provided vital resources for me in both written and digital form, which continue to assist me. I am forever grateful to have begun to learn through her, the neuro-science behind the therapies that changed my life. Self-regulation, surmounting PTSD, facing loss, grief, and historical trauma: and much more, were effectively addressed through my sessions. I cannot find words to recommend Dr. Nyhus more highly!
