• 1 February 2023Dr Chaudry is no longer available in Welland. Her phone line is no longer connected; based on reviews, she has been unreachable since August. I am a previous patient of hers who requested a referral to a specialist because Chaudhry was unable (or unwilling) to help me. Now that I have received a correct diagnosis by the right specialist, I want to share the specialist’s findings with Chaudhry but I am unable to reach her. This is a shoddy way to run a medical practice – someone should be informing patients that she is no longer available. I can’t even access my appointment records because there is no one to contact… Disappointed but not surprised as this seems to be the nature of some Ontario health practitioners.

• 22 February 2023I am or at least I was a patient of Dr Chaudry and for some unknown reason she has left her practice without a word to all of her patients. My medical records are who knows where now as I can’t get ahold of anyone to find out how to access them. I wonder if anyone knows where Dr Chaudry has gone or if she is practicing anywhere else. Very frustrated as I really liked her.
