• 2 April 2021The receptionist here is the worst person to represent this office. She intentionally withholds messages left for the doctor. She is rude and dismissive in person, on the phone and by email. I have spoken with the Dr about this and no changes have been made.
The doctor himself is fine. I see him just a few times a year, but i’ve been trying for weeks to get through to him and may have to drive from Nanaimo to Comox to get through due to the brick wall of a receptionist manning the incoming messages.
