    Terrible staff I’ve ever seen, never answer phone, do not care about people.

    I got a referral for Dr Bajaj from North York hospital for my father who’s suffering from congestive heart failure. The referral was faxed to the Dr office, I left his secretary a message 3 times and called her more than 10 times and the last time when I was able to get ahold of her she said no i haven’t received anything yet, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!! I’ve checked with the doctor 2 times who gave us the referral!!! Anyway, she was supposed to email me the tests that need to be done in 30 minutes and now it’s the 4th day that i haven’t received anything from her and she hasn’t returned my call yet
