• 21 July 2023Dr. Guzder is lovely. However, his receptionist, Heather, needs to become more polite and thorough. She left a message to call their office, however, two days later they are closed for holidays and she failed to state that. Hence, I can’t do the bloodwork and have it sent to their office until they are back resulting in further delays. As well, Heather needs to accept messages left on their voice mail because rarely does she ever answer the phone. When she returns calls one never knows when it will be so that results in telephone tag. She will not relay even a simple message or question to the doctor and quite frankly this is NOT up to her!!!!! She continually refuses to book appointments ahead and instead waits until all lab results are in, which while that may be better for them, results in more delay and difficulties for the clients traveling from out of town, taking time off work, making their own plans etc. I have no idea why this Heather is still there as receptionist, this is bad for business and it is sad that Dr. Guzder allows her to continue working there. I see there are 171 views of this site, I know from previously reading them that most people like the doctor and have a lot of trouble with Heather the receptionist so since she is stil there, I can only assume that the doctor had all the comments and ratings removed which is not what should have happened.
