• 4 November 2022Wait 3 months to get an 10 mins appointment with a dermatologist (Dr. Kwok) who asked very few questions and prescribed the same medication that my family doctor prescribed 6 months prior which did not have any effect. Very disappointed with going to a special who really only seem to be interested in giving me a prescription and getting me out of the room. Information provide during the appointment could have been googled or provided by a family doctor.

• 21 November 2023Really disappointed in Dr. Kwok…. Wait 3-4 months and I felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there. Said the one rash was from years of sun and nothing but laser would help. I didn’t tell her that my eczema cream reduces the redness a lot. The one section on my forehead that other doctors and dermatologist froze as possible skin cancer, Dr. Kwok didn’t even blink at even though I told her of the past history she did nothing. Suggestion, do not accept a referral to Dr. Tiffany Kwok if possible.

• 22 April 2024Dr. Kwok was the first dermatologist to do a biopsy on my scalp that had been diagnosed with psoriasis for the past 8 years. She did 2 as a matter of fact because she wasn’t sure the first results were definitive. Then I was diagnosed by a rheumatologist, that she sent me to with a progressive auto immune disease non curable. She bought me time. Excellent doctor.
