• 5 January 2024Hello, all the words I have cannot add up to the gratitude in my heart for this amazing man. Dr. Kaplan has been looking after me due to a chronic case of EUV ITIS. I was referred to him as he is an expert in this area. Through ongoing visits, Dr. Kaplan suspected that there was a problem with the lens in my right eye that was implanted after cataract surgery many years ago. Because of his diligent monitoring , testing and expertise, he was able to confirm that the lens had shifted and was causing chafing. He referred me to Dr. Matthew Schlenker, his colleague, to affirm his findings. As a result of this, an intensive surgery by Dr. Schlenker was performed successfully. I now have clearer vision in my right eye. Although I am registered blind, the improvement is phenomenal. Dr. Kaplan never gave up on me , his expert persistence to get to the root of what he saw, personifies the credentials he comes with. He is a dedicated, compassionate, persistent. Expert in his field. I am eternally grateful to have been able to be under his care and continue to do so. If you are fortunate enough to become his patient never take it for granted because he is truly a gift to us.
