• 30 May 2023As a healthy individual who had an extremely scary event that I am now getting tests done to find out what is wrong(not by her or the emergency at south health, I can honestly say I have never met a person with absolutely no bedside manners, lack of care, and extremely rude. I quote “What more would you like me to do? this is the emergency room go see you family doctor” and was then discharged. No answers, no follow up, and a 12 hour wait to be told see ya. Id rather die then ever have to deal with this doctor which she shouldn’t be called.

• 24 January 2024I usually don’t leave reviews but I found the opposite of the one review on here, Dr. Lai is very professional and empathetic. I too need to get some follow up work done with my family doctor. Perhaps the blame should be placed on the Alberta medical system with its shortage of family doctors rather than one emergency room physician?
