• 22 January 2021I had a horrible experience. After my visit, I did not receive a phone call to discuss the result of my labs. His afternoon secretary is rude and disrespectful. She slams the door in your face and hangs up on you. They don’t know they are practicing medicine in a county with different values. A country that patients have rights and expect to be treated with respect. They have come from a place where secretaries run the practice and treat their patients poorly.
This physician and his staff should know that in this country, patients have the right to request all their medical information at no charge including the note and the diagnostic results.
I don’t recommend this physician and practice to anyone.

• 25 January 2021Dr Fanaee is one of the best family physicians I ever met, unfortunately my current family physician is horrible but dr fanaei helped me a lot ever time I had an issue and my own dr didn’t do anything for me, and right now I’m trying to get accepted by his office just wanted to appreciate Dr Babak Fanaei for his care and patience towards his patients even if they are mot his own regular patients

• 19 April 2021They all are bad. Doktor ask for money for everything. I said why but office manager shouted to me and cut phone. I telephone again she said give $40 money for physioterapy paper for me $40 for wife. They do it on phone doktor don’t see you I wanted my son medicine shoppers fax but secreter said must talk to doktor. Secreter no mask put. Very bad doktor

• 4 August 2021Dr Fanaei is one of the best family Doctors in Toronto. My mother has critical health situation and he takes care of her in the best possible way . He is so patient and knowledgeable. We are all happy to him as our family Dr. Office staffs, specially in Morning are nice and helpful .

• 21 August 2021I am in surprised by good rating. BAD SECRETERIES, BAD DOCTOR , BAD SERVICE. I agree with Raza they ask for money for every service. His wife is working in the office, she is very impolite , rude and unpleasant. the doctor is not punctual and his waiting time is 3 hours. one day he works the next day he doesn’t work. IF YOU LIKE YOURSELF DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

• 25 August 2021I agree with all the bad reviews posted. No wonder they change the secretaries every 2 weeks/ they are opened for 6 months and they changed 6 already. The worst is the wife. The doctor is very unprofessional as well. They don’t care about people , they do not follow any of the rules. His wife doesn’t were mask and they accept 5 people in a tiny room at the same time. i AGREE WITH ABOVE . DO NOT GO THERE.
