Upon being notified of his multiple discrepancies throughout my medical history – he blamed it on the fact that he used a text to speech program and did not notice all of the errors. There were words, names and dates incorrect. For someone who literally went to school to pay attention to detail I don’t know how this is acceptable. His attending manager also witnessed the Dr telling me that he did not have to meet with me when I presented myself to emerge in a crisis. (He saw me 1hr before his shift ended and we talked for 1.5 hrs.) I wish he had just said that the night I came in. Would have saved me ALOT of time. When you ask yourself why less and less people present themselves for mental health help it’s because you have Dr’s like this who don’t care or they’d never hold their services over your head like you’re some dog expected to jump for a biscuit.
