• 9 November 2021This isn’t as much about the doctor, as it is about the CLERICAL staff. The secretaries should not be going through results with patients that are concerned. It’s unethical and wrong. If a patient has a concern, that is for a medical professional to inform AND ADVISE, NOT A SECRETARY. Please clean up your practice and make it professional. Clerical staff take messages and file things- not advise a patient who is concerned about their results.
