She is a wonderful surgeon with outstanding quality of medical care. She is very understanding and listens to your concerns and takes time to help with health issues.
The staff are very friendly, very helpful, kind and professional..

• 24 January 2022Dr Kavanagh is the most amazing Dr I have ever meet, she is so caring and understanding makes you feel like she is part of your family I dont even have the words to express how much she has done for me and how she has kept me in a positive frame of mind I wish she was my family Dr she has something that alot of Dr dont have and thats compassion for her patients every chance i get I let ppl kmow she is the person to see

• 24 July 2022In order for me to publish something about Dr. Kavanagh I want to give you some of my back ground. I am a retired person for 18 years. Since my retirement I have had some major health issues, the last of which was 10 years ago when I was diagnosed with esophageal and stomach cancer. Dr. Crystal Kavanagh took me on as her patient three years ago and I am one of the happiest person to have the most personable and caring doctor I know. Every year I do the ct scan, followed by a physical examination of my esophagus at the hospital by Dr. Kavanagh. If anyone ever requires the best Thoracic Doctor in Newmarket, I would recommend Dr. Crystal Kavanagh. She is the best. I say this to her and other people, I am the luckiest guy in the world.

• 31 December 2022Unbelievable, Dr. Kavanagh didn’t keep her telephone consult appointment with me. When I called to ask why, she said I didn’t need her surveillance of my lung condition. This was her answer even though I have a mass on one of my lungs and a history of recurring Pneumonia. My urologist jumped in to help with timely x-ray reports. What unprofessional conduct was demonstrated by Dr. Kavanagh.
