• 8 March 2023So unprofessional . I called and left a message for him to call me back, having concerns over my daughters medication and dosages. Ups on getting a call back I was told that both of us had to find a new doctor and to “never call my fucking office again”

• 27 April 2023To the 1 review from Steve above. I have a huge suspicion you’re not telling the entire truth to this story. No doctor would “shoot himself in the foot” by speaking that way to a patient(we pay their bills). I suspect you were more impolite or straight up rude/aggressive, then you are leading people to believe. I know a patient there and they speak so very highly him. Nothing but professional. For those of us DESPERATELY fighting for a family doctor due to serious health problems, please take that into consideration. These reviews need to be 100% honest on all fronts. One shouldn’t chose to only speak one side of the story and slander the doctor.

• 22 June 2023I’ve also had thr dame experience with him and also heard the same from another family member he is highly unprofessionaL, condescending,, and very arrogent which was such shame because he came with great recommendation. He has no issue with making you feel stupid for asking simple health questions or especially if you challenge his diagnosis so Steve I and others fully agree and feel bad you also had the same experience ….. in my group of family and friends we call it ” getting STACKED” when u go to an establishment and the employee is completely rude and dismissive lol #leeisstack#

• 7 December 2023Dr. Stack just closed up his office as of February 8, 2024. I found him to be a superb professional. His diagnoses were right on. His treatments were appropriate. He always gave me an appointment within a few days of calling him. I had left his practice and he took me back when it was clear the other doctor had an incapable support staff. Dr. Stack is a good doctor. As a doctor. I became resentful of him for other reasons. Not for professional reasons. I gave him Christmas presents two Christmases in a row and he never acknowledged getting the presents, let alone thank me for them. I also offered to buy my medical record, after I left his practice. He never replied to my phone call, he never answered my email. This was NOT unprofessional. I had left his practice, fine, he owes me nothing, not even a phone call. This is clear. I resent the lack of humanity there. Professionally he services his patients fully, satisfactorily and with good follow-up. That has been my experience with him. He never once failed to do so. Beyond what his profession calls for, he does not venture and shrugs at it… it is not rude, it is not unprofessional, yet it leaves a bad taste in the mouth, so to speak, his display of ignoring the calls of social norms. Would I go back to being his patient if he started up practicing again? Yes, in an instant. He is a good doctor.

• 12 December 2023I don’t think you are see the big picture. The forms if they are ODSP everyone knows they turn you down 2 or 3 times before approval is given and years of waiting. Now for the issue of the child’s medical did you read the paperwork the pharmacy put in the bag about the medication and side effects. Why did you not call the pharmacy. A Dr has 1200 patients and you want him to remember the smallest details about something. Do you know that when he returned you call may not have been at the office and could not pull up your daughter’s files. Put yourself in your doctors position he is giving to the information you need to get better. I am very sure that we are only seeing one side of the story that Degrading a Dr that care about his practice. A Dr can focus on giving the best care they can and after see so many people in one day they too can get overwhelmed. A Dr has 6 years in school to become an expert at the job they do . We need more Dr like Dr Stack. He might come off as formal and cooled and his bedside manner a little off but if you take his advice and do what he told you. You wouldn’t been back with the same issue. You did listen to the Dr the first time just want more drugs Before you month off and destroy a person career. Did you do what the Dr told you do or did you keep abusing your body. You had a great Dr most people would have loved to had. Going to a walk in clinic is not the answer.

• 24 January 2024We have been patients since Dr.Stack opened his practice. Losing Dr. Stack is a terrible loss. He’s been a great family dr and has worked miracles with my husband to keep him out of a wheelchair and mobile. And even though with my husband’s illnesses it’s going to be a horrible situation for us, we wish Dr. Stack all the best for a well earned retirement after serving the community for so long. My husband and I have nothing but the deepest respect for Dr. Stack and will miss him greatly. And we hope he throughly enjoys whatever he endeavors to do next. And if he ever opened up a practice again we would be the first in line!

• 5 February 2024Dr Stack is the only doctor we’ve had that took the time to truly listen to what we were saying and helped my daughter finally figure out she had a heart defect. All others chalked it up to anxiety or an iron deficiency but never thought outside the box. He was always right on time for your appointment, if not early, straight to the point and efficient. I’m sad to see him go and wish him all the best. I can only pray that we are able to find another doctor like him in the near future.
