• 21 February 2023One of the Worst Consults i have ever experienced. waited over 2.5 hours in the waiting room to start off. first encounter, he did not bother explaining how to use the foot cast nor asked if i had any concerns, etc. just saw me for 5 mins and vanished. didnt even bother to tell me if i needed crutches with my cast (i did!). Second encounter 6 weeks later He didnt request for a second xray of my foot, He looked at my first Xray that I got when i fractured my bone, says to me “Your fracture is showing great improvement and it looks like it healed!” Guess what? I NEVER got a second X-ray of my broken foot! He can’t even tell the difference between X-rays. Was very negligent when I addressed this to him. Avoid going to this “Surgeon” at all costs.

• 13 December 2023I was referred to Dr. James Rofaiel by another Orthopedic Surgeon r/t doing ankle replacement due to severe OA. I consulted with Dr. Rofaiel 2022 and he was very approachable and informative. I decided to do my left ankle replacement in Oct. 2023. Dr Rofaiel and his team did a fantastic job during my surgery, I’m very pleased with the outcome so far. I viewed my X-rays 6 weeks later and it was just incredible to see the intricate and incredible job that was performed. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone needing an ankle replacement to Dr. Rofaiel he is very knowledgeable in his practice.
