I find both the Doctor and Staff are very efficient and accommodating. They all have always made me feel totally comfortable, And I have never had to wait ! Doctor Samuel has gone over and above to help, as have the staff.

• 21 November 2022Angry isn’t even the proper word to describe how I am feeling after today. I have been a patient of Dr Samuels ever since he took over for Dr. Magda (who I have seen since I was a baby) I scheduled an appointment for today, Monday November 21st at 230pm. This information was confirmed TWICE when I called to make the appointment on Monday November 14th.
Nicole, the receptionist, called me this morning and left me a voicemail with directions to their new office (which I already had because I got a letter in the mail) not once in the voicemail she left did she confirm my appointment. I show up at 2:15 for my 2:30 appointment for Nicole to tell me it was at 12:30?? Not true – I told her 230 was confirmed TWICE last monday when I called to book this appointment. She did nothing but shake her head.
I confronted her about the voicemail she left me this morning and why she did not confirm my appointment like most professional offices do… and she said “I was hoping you would call me back” CALL YOU BACK? Call you back for what?? You left me a voicemail with instructions on how to get to the new office… there is no call back for that. I truly believe she accidentally double booked me and another patient and is playing it off that I was the one that showed up late.
So extremely disappointed and this is not the first time.
