• 20 November 2023Not sure if this guy understood being a surgeon means you are still dealing with people. Awkward weird consult. No eye contact, no warmth. Did not even speak to me on day of surgery when he came in the room until I said HI, good morning, which made me feel insecure. Post surgery I had to bug him for routine prescriptions and how to deal with dressings etc, it kind of seemed like he didnt get why I would ask for those things. If I ever need surgery again I will make the drive to London. Overall he seems like he’s just wandering around in his own world and needs to be snapped back into present reaality. Some lessons in basic conversational skills, manners would be a good idea or maybe a visit to an employment counselor to re-think career choices.
