He also is very manipulative, controlling and his ego is larger than the hospital he is in. I felt emotional and mentally abused because of my religious beliefs. He shouldnt be practicing at all.

• 4 May 2023This man is the reason why I’m going to be thanking my psychiatrist profusely. I knew I was going to have a terrible time with this guy when the social worker gave sparkling reviews about the other psychiatrists but told me that this guy was “okay”. Absolute lack of empathy and told me to mind my own business when I tried talking about a home care nurse’s abuse towards another patient (a very sweet, lovely girl). He could not have gotten out of the room any faster when I said I was going to make an official complaint. This guy is on a power trip and I feel bad for all his future patients but boy it ain’t gonna be me.

• 31 August 2023Called the serenity wellness number and called the number given to talk to my psychiatrist after hours about a fax he had sent to the wrong place, Dr. Nwali answered and was extremely rude, telling me to call in the morning (they aren’t even open Fridays & it’s Thursday) then proceeded to ask me what my name was & what I needed so explained to him & he went off about how he wasn’t my psychiatrist & making me feel really bad for calling. (If I don’t get the medical note in by the 5th I have to re-apply.)
Like why put that number on there to reach a doctor after hours just for him to answer & make me feel bad for calling.
Really left a bad taste in my mouth. Would never call that number again.
