• 23 March 2023Went to Dr aziz and after our conversation she sent a letter to take my driver’s license. I truly believe, because I can’t think of a single other thing that was said for her to come to this conclusion, that it was because I said “I’m gay”
My license is other wise crystal clear, other than registering consecutively since I was 16 and always paying my insurance (not even a speeding ticket).
I went to Dr aziz for help and she helped me alright…. (sarcasm to be clear)
Haven’t been to a doctor since mostly because I cant drive but also because she has fractured my trust for all doctors. There is 0 over sight it’s a Dr.s word over yours.. I thought we were innocent till proven guilty.
I wouldn’t risk it and go somewhere else, anywhere else but here.

This has been reported to Google as bullying and harassment. Patients are encouraged to discuss any concerns directly, and respectfully with their physician. This ensures their personal health information is not shared publicly.
Edit in reply: I’ve tried to converse directly, and Jen accused me of being a racist and having an “agenda” which is basically a homophobic slur.
Again for everyone to see you’ve come with unfounded accusations against someone that YOU have harassed, liabled, defamed and bullied.
Jen also represented herself as Dr. Aziz’s manager, only to find out 2 phone conversations later that Jen is dr. Aziz’ office manager…
AND Dr aziz had a whole conversation with the parents of a 33 year old man, who are clients of hers first, about my private medical information. Against the privacy act…
