Very curious why this doctor is taking on new patients when she’s been practicing for awhile and at two clinics. Most patients would follow a good doctor? There’s nothing to be found on her at rate MDs either?

I saw Dr. Sabri on three occasions and the first two were good enough. She seemed caring and competent. The third time, I honestly don’t know what happened. I’ve read that on average doctors let patients speak for 17 seconds before interrupting. She didn’t even give me that much. I’d barely got through one sentence explaining why I was there. She scoffed and said “that’s ridiculous, that’s not how it works.” I tried to explain another way. She interrupted me again. I felt frustrated that I couldn’t even express my concern without her cutting me off and dismissing me. Eventually she said “are you done?” In a rude tone of voice and I said “yes, but I’m confused as to why the tone of this conversation has been so negative and aggressive?” And she said “it’s four o’clock! It’s the end of the day! I still have three patients to see!” As if any of that was my fault. It was literally the rudest encounter I’ve had in my life with a doctor and I’ll never go back. She’s like Jekyl and Hyde and I wouldn’t be able to trust her ever again after that experience. What a disgrace.

Dr Rana Sabri is the woresf doctor, I met in my life, she doesn’t care about your concern of your health or even give you time to explain, before you explained your self she will reach conculation for you and kicked your from the office.She seem un caring at all, she will be late from your appointment also, you will end up waiting her close to an hour. I will not recommend to anyone to go to her, they constantly cancel your appointments without even knowing, you will go there thinking you have an appointment and they will say the doctor is not here sorry we didn’t call you but your appointment was cancelled, you will get upset for that but they don’t bathered about it, please find another doctor and don’t waste your time seeing her.

Dr Rana is one of the best doctors of Edmonton. She is polite, caring and gives enough time to her patients to express their fears. When I read the reviews I was extremely surprised how badly they rated , though it’s not the case . I would highly recommend her to anyone.
