I found Dr. Yao to be lacking basic manners. She treated me like I was stupid and she was abrupt and unfriendly.

Dr Yao performed à total hip replacement on me and I am very satisfied with all she did! Very meticulous and professional . The staff at Cornwall hospital were all great and professional!

My daughter chipped her arm bone 6 days ago. No call.from the doctors office to book for a cast. When I called to follow up, was informed this wouldn’t happen for at least 2 weeks! My poor daughter is carrying around this injured arm for 6 days already. Unacceptable.

Dr. Yao did my left hip replacement and I was quite satisfied with the whole process. I would recommend her for any hip surgery.. This was a different procedure than my right hip which was done a few years earlier.

Dr Yao is very professional, meticiulous and knows what shes doing.

I have been going to her for my hip , which i need total replacement. She has always been very nice to me. And has helped me a lot.

I had a left total hip replacement last February by Dr. Yao and have been very pleased with the results and follow ups .She is an excellent surgeon and very professional.
