• 3 May 2022Dr. Penner is eminently qualified as a physician. The problem is his admin staff. They are arrogant, dismissive and typical of people who see themselves as gatekeepers, rather than facilitators. We are five years waiting for a colonoscopy because of administrative delays and his staff’s refusal to do their job. Hanging up on patients in distress is part of the business model.
