• 4 June 2022I’m not an angry person. I know all people are just trying their best. Still nevertheless I feel compelled to say that Dr. Zahid is mediocre at best. Her lack of interest in my situation left me feeling disillusioned with our health care system. I won’t go on here about it. I hate to complain, but I’m really sad. I used to have a nice family doctor but he retired and the put me with Zahid, and it’s been challenging. I hope she continues to improve and become better. Wishing her the best.

• 10 July 2022Dr. Zahid has been my doctor for the last 3 years. She has been wonderful to me and my family. She takes the time to listen and understand concerns. she doesn’t rush appointments unlike other doctors and she always works with you to come up with the best solution to any problem. She has helped me through a rough time with my mental health and if it weren’t for her it may have taken me longer to get better. I am thankful for her and trust her as my family doctor. She is kind and compassionate and humble in her work.

• 29 December 2023Quite disppointed. She is impatient and does not seem interested in her patients, as she seems to rush to end a call or discussion (even if it’s only been a few minutes long…). I needed to visit the emergency room earlier this year, where I had many tests conducted. I provided them with Tooba’s information, as she is my family doctor. The earliest appointment I could get with her was 6 weeks after my visit to the ER, and it was a phone appointment. She called me 15 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time and asked what I would like to discuss – she had no idea what the call was about. She had not read any of the documents that were forwarded to her 5 weeks prior (I had access to them in MyChart for over 1 month). I had to read her some of the information off of MyChart as she didn’t appear to have my information or results in front of her… perhaps I was spoiled with a great family doctor for most of my life, who genuinly cared about me and my health – I do not get that impression at all with Tooba unfortunately. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a family doctor if you have the option.
