• 16 March 2021Dr Hao is very professional and dedicated to patients. Very thorough in explanation of your issue/condition and sets a plan of action based on evidence. As a newer tread, I believe the medical evidence he provides is up to date and accurate. He stayed late to see me after a call from my GP in the building called him regarding a potential emergency ear situation. Thank you, Dr Hao.

It was very well done, the procedure was well explained to me, well followed up and kept my wife appraised of progress often. Great doctor.
