    I found this Dr to be dismissive, unconcerned with making patients feel secure in his medical choices for them, unwilling to spend time explaining things any better than “this is protocol”, unwilling to even be contacted for a follow-up. Honestly totally useless in a field involving care and must just be in it for a pay check.

    I agree that he is totally useless. If he is the last urologist in BC I will choose to die. Did not even have the curtesy to see me after surgery.

    Yesterday I had a cystoscopy procedure performed by Dr. Zappavigna, whom I found to be totally professional, attentive and caring. Same goes for his two attending nurses Annette and Ashley! I was apprehensive before going in but that feeling was very much unwarranted and I recommend him heartily!

    I had no problem with Dr Zapavigna doing surgery on a epididymal cyst and cystosciopy. No problems with talking to him. No looking down on me as a person. I do have a bit of medical background so may have been able to carry a conversation better myself. Anyway, no problems.
