• 20 January 2022do not go to this surgeon. he will let you down. I was waiting for spine surgery and he just disappeared without even advising me or referring to another doctor. apparently he is no longer practicing.
he should not ever be allowed to practice in Canada.

• 29 April 2023I really need to get a hold of Dr. Cushnie. I need a letter from him for WSIB but can not find him. Anyone with information it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

• 10 November 2023It happened to me too. I had a surgery which didn’t fix things and he was suppose to order a new MRI and when I went to check of it he had stopped practicing and he had not even ordered the MRI just bailed without even informing his patients
