    Dr Jackie Ngai was the Doctor that did my post op. In Cranbrook hospital since I got operated in Vernon B.C. By Dr. Julian Sernik Orthopedic surgeon .
    I was extremely pleased with the friendliness , professionalism and going out of her way for me , to make things a lot easier for me. Instead giving me a whole bunch of instruction
    I sincerely hope that Dr. Ngai is going to stay in Cranbrook as a Orthpedic surgeon . Her waiting list is very doable . My son had a Hip replacement done by Dr.Ngai Feb.1st. 2021, he was so absolutely pleased with everything . Sincerely Anne-Marie Buergstaller

    Dr Jacqueline Ngai (aka Jackie) is a fantastic surgeon and has a personality to match. She is very professional, straight forward and very kind.
    April 19 2021 Jackie replaced my right knee and promised me it would bend when I woke up but it was up to me to keep it doing so. Well, here I am today at 5 weeks post op and very happy with my results. I was very timid of the operation as my left knee replacement did not go as well and is still in the healing process after almost 4 years. Currently I am at a recovery level that took me a year to achieve with the other one.
    Her wait list is definitely doable and her capabilities as an orthopedic surgeon get my full confidence. She is wonderful.
    Thank you for helping me get my life back!

    Dr. Ngai did an amazing job on my hip surgery. She is kind, informative, efficient and a gifted surgeon. Wonderful person.

    This is the second leg I’ve broken. I’m fairly young (32). I had to have surgery for my right leg (tib&fib) 6 years ago. I recently broke my fibula on my left leg, and Dr. Ngai has been nothing but AWESOME. I didn’t want another surgery and she kept it that way by giving me the proper knowledge to maintain such a break. She is hands down amazing, and her personality is wicked 🙌

    Dr. Jacqueline Ngai replaced my left knee December 2022. I was scared of surgery but the knee had to go. The replacement a great success and without hardly any discomfort I left the Cranbrook hospital recovering quickly. Bending it and bearing weight on it happened quickly. I believe Jacqueline is a great surgeon and also a wonderful person and has compassion for her patients. 10 months later she still takes the time to talk to me when we happen to meet. She is good at her profession and a wonderful young lady.
