    Dr. Kim Chi – Tran is a very kind and caring surgeon. She has been looking after my father and I really appreciate how she sits with us to explain what is happing with my father and how what we need to know about the next steps. She is very patient and does not push us into making fast decisions. We are very happy to have this doctor looking after my dad.

    I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to follow up on a call I received from your office on Friday regarding my father’s appointment for his condition, ZuShu Xue. Unfortunately, I was driving at the time and was not able to confirm the appointment details.

    Get an answer machine on your phone. Nobody can get through to your office. Why book doctors appointments for patience if they can’t call back and reach you. Where is your professionism.
