• 25 February 2021I was connected with Dr Coughlan through an ER referral for a large ovarian cyst – From the moment I met her she gave me time to ask questions, explained things in detail and was a straight shooter. Her balance of being real with he facts but supportive was exactly what I would want in an OB. She held my hand as I was put under for surgery and I was treated with empathy and kindness through the whole process from first meeting to OR to follow up. She’s a wonderful Dr and I hope she sets the standard for care for all OBs.

• 25 October 2023Dr Coughlin became my OB for an emergency C Section with a preemie. She was calm, laid out the pros and cons and it was easy to make a decision with her. She played some of my favourite music in the OR and made it as comfortable as possible. She helped navigate the complexities of having a baby during COVID and made herself available to respond quickly. She’s a great obstetrician and I’m thankful we got her.
