My daughter died while under the care of Dr. Lori Williams.The family was NEVER called and a safety plan not put in place. Even though my daughters suicidal ideation was caused by an adverse reaction to the drugs the family Doctor put her on more drugs were continued. Psychoactive drugs are not and should not be a feasible choice of treatment for someone who is suicidal. When these drugs often take weeks to take effect and show any positive effects on patient’s mental health. This is of course assuming that the first drug of choice is even effective. This is too long to wait and is no longer a safe or rational treatment option for someone who is currently experiencing suicidal ideation and needs immediate help. I believe my daughter was rushed through and not treated with the care and caution she deserved. She is now dead and gone forever. She was not a number, she was my daughter!

i was raped and reported rape to this doctor she forced me on enough medication to kill me a nurse turned down my medication and said that this is considered murder and if this goes to trial they will testify she is overdosing me on medication to where i could die. than her boss made her lower my medication and i almost had a heart attack on the new medication she gave me. she told me she is married to a police officer and police force people to hospitals to the mental ward. i told her i was raped by a detective and she took away my right to drive and lied and said i am a drug addict that has rape delusions. i am on ptsd for being raped. and received compensation and people have gone to jail for raping me. lori would not call police and if it went to court or does soon she will lie on stand and tell the judge i need medication and i have never been abused . she is a waste of life. i see paitients have died in her care. i contacted the investigations they refuse to do anything. lori should be fired and other nurses and doctors have also told me this ON THEIR OWN WITHOUT ME BRINGING UP LORI-ANN to them at all.
I think she should BE IN JAIL.

Update to previous review; My daughter Madisyn died a paradoxical suicide. The drugs the Doctors (Dr. Lori Ann Bernadette Williams and Dr. David Mee) gave to help her caused the suicidal ideation that led to her death by suicide.
I would like it made mandatory in Canada that when a psychotropic drug is prescribed the patient has to sign a safety waiver. This waiver would ensure that at least one caregiver/ family member was notified that a psychotropic drug was prescribed. They can keep watch over the patient for adverse reactions such as suicidal ideation. This would have saved my daughters life.
These drugs are powerful and mind altering. Often patients try several types before they find the right one.

they tell you if you dont take the meds they will inject you. they bring in burly big security guards and will holdyou down. they wont let you call to report sexual assults at all and or have contact with the police. they lie on all the reports. that place should literally be shut down. the nurse male with the ugly teeth dropped meds on the floor and demanded i take them. off the floor. another fat cow nurse did too she pickd it up and put it in the container with the other ones and i made her redo all of themn. like hello do they think we are stupid. i will only go to this hospital dead. they are terrible and should be shut down. thee is no dignaty in this terrible hospital
