• 15 September 2022Don’t bother wasting your time going to see this doctor I had a referral with a confirmation of my appointment at 11:30 AM but when I called minutes before my appointment to confirm how to get into the office I was advised that my appointment was at 2:30 PM. I have a record of a fax document that was sent to my family doctor confirming it was at 11:30 AM however I was advised that the doctor doesn’t see patients until after 1 PM. What a waste of my time taking my lunch break to go and see this doctor after having it booked since July. Warning don’t waste your time because clearly they don’t care about you so I can’t see them being much better of a better doctor than they are scheduling!

• 4 November 2022I was refer to Dr Yap from the SGH after I had surgery and developed urine issues. I did an ultrasound and Urine test and after almost a month call me about my urine test and did not give me the results of the ultrasound which he said he will call back. Lucky for me I had an appointment with my Gynecologist and get a urine test done in Sept which confirmed bacterial urinary infection and was treated. Imagine if I didn’t to that I would be waiting one month with an infection. I call his office and left a message regarding the antibiotics and no response and can’t get them on the phone.
