• 10 July 2021Nice but incompetent. My son was under the care of Dr Glass in Burnaby and even though my son had sudden loss of motor skills, cognitive decline, episodes where one side of his body would go rigid with fist clenching, and body contorting. Episodes of sudden sobbing immediately replaced by sudden uncontrollable laughing and then confusion and dazed afterwards. EEGs that show seizures and slowing and an exhaustive list of other symptoms. Dr Glass said it was psychiatric and nothing he could do. Numerous Psychiatrists said it was Neurological. Years later after worsening symptoms, another neurologist recently diagnosed epilepsy. My son could have gotten the proper care years ago and not had to have endured years more of worsening symptoms if Dr Glass had been more competent. If you are a parent and Dr Glass is your child’s neurologist, please be watchful and ensure that you are getting the correct care.

• 9 November 2022Dr. Glass has been very thorough and has obviously very carefully read through my daughter’s file each time we meet. He has been an amazing help. As we are still trying to figure her out, he very clearly lays out approaches and what he has found so far and what he will be trying and testing. I’m also incredibly happy with his quick responses – when there is something worrisome with my daughter’s care, we get a response the day of from Dr. Glass. By far, the best medical care we’ve experienced with her so far (especially in a time when all healthcare providers are swamped)! We are incredibly happy with the care we receive from Dr Glass… Thank you!

• 24 January 2024Friendly but useless! Four years with no answers. The last thing he told us try landed my daughter in the emergency room! Stay away from this doctor. He doesn’t care or do his job!
