    Dr Hains is a very good skilled surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone considering this operation. His surgical staff was also very professional and made you feel at home.
    The only problem I had with Dr Haynes was his administrative staff. Their attitude , and promptness to getting the paperwork filled out so that you could get your long-term disability, is very frustrating. It’s been a month with out my long term , I ‘m heading back to work. Guess I will see coverage payment in another month, not when I needed it.

    Dr. Haines is awesome, very professional, straight forward and truthful. He tells you exactly where you stand and the possibilities. Ayla, his assistant has been excellent also. Does her best to help you with what she can. My surgery was a success, what more can you ask for.

    Very professional and straightforward communication making the patient part of the process. I also appreciated being referred to Calgary for the MRI and Biopsy procedure.
