    I met Dr D’sa via a zoom call summer of 2021
    And sad most of us would agree nothing special to report. Can’t imagine how many zoom calls he’s done. I know for me. They are relevant but certainly not defining
    Met personally in Sept 2021 and again Dec 2021
    He approved me for surgery at the Dec 2021 face to face meeting. He said looks like 4 to 6 months. His office manager said 8 to 10 month. So I was surprised when early March I got the call that my surgery would be moved up. Two completely severed tendons and two more significant torn and some damage to my right bicep as well.
    Prior to surgery he introduced me to every person in the operating theatre told me their names and how they would assist. Moments later who knows what happened. Still within 15 minutes of completing my procedure he called my wife. Told her although my shoulder was a really big mess 8 incision all went very well. With any luck at all I won’t meet Heathcliff again in the same circumstances
    What I will wish is that many others experience his care and attention

    Very professional, courteous Doctor.
    I was diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff and some shredding of other tendons.
    Surgery is an option. He did not push either way and just let me know the facts.
