• 9 April 2021I have been seeing Dr. Jack once a year for the last few years for Peripheral Neuropathy. She is welcoming, and thorough with her examinations. She explains in lay terms what is going on and is a reassuring voice. She is on time and efficient. Her patient contact is excellent. Patients connect with her because she demonstrates a real interest in their case and its progress.

• 6 January 2023I want everyone to know that Dr Jack not only is a great neurologist but she also sees the whole person as was evident in my visit. In my examination Dr Jack acknowledged my intense pain and was concerned enough to suggest several times I be seen, that I needed to rule out a blood clot. I followed her advice, went to ER and sure enough I had blood clots in my lungs and leg. I credit Dr Jack with saving my life. A very big thank you to her.
